About TETA

We are a group of professionals who can train Accounting aspirants the practical aspect of accounting which will include the knowledge of applications like Tally, excel and other software used for TDS, IT, GST etc. through online training.

The theoretical knowledge alone will not be adequate for accountants to cope with the practical demands of jobs. Our aim is to upskill the candidate’s practical knowledge in accounting along with direct and indirect taxation and excel skills. Tailored by experts, TETA covers all major aspects in accounting such as methods of accounting, journal entries, cost centres, reading Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, understanding trial balance, reconciliations, periodical compliances etc.

STORY OF TETA

Drawing from our collective experience as working professionals and our regular interactions with fellow Chartered Accountants (CAs) and business owners, we have encountered a notable challenge in locating graduates with the essential knowledge in Excel, Tax, and Accounting.

In our observations, the contemporary professional landscape necessitates a comprehensive understanding of these critical skills. However, the current shortage of graduates possessing the minimum required proficiency in these areas has become a significant hurdle. This scarcity underscores the urgency of addressing this issue to ensure a more seamless integration of new professionals into the workforce.

Even graduates with additional certifications may not be fully prepared for practical scenarios. The traditional method is to offer training and development programmes for candidates after joining the work. This approach is time consuming and may not always yield the desired results for small entities. There is always the risk of attrition once the training is complete. TETA was born with the objective of addressing these issues .

TETA invites commerce graduates who wants to make a career in commerce. This could help ensure that candidates have a baseline level of knowledge and skills, Which could then be further developed through the on the job training provided by us. TETA offer mentorship or apprenticeship programs, where candidates are paired with experienced professionals who can provide guidance, support, and practical training on the job. This can help ensure that candidates are able to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in their roles.

WHAT DO YOU LEARN?

In TETA we are arranging professionals to impart theoretical knowledge for 3 months and thereafter practical training for 9 months. Theoretical training will be provided in 3 stages.

Stage I Journey to Excel in Excel
We will impart excel knowledge in 3 stages starting with basics and moving on to advance excel skills like vlookup, pivot, index & match etc. which will make the accounting process easy and convenient.

Stage II Simplify the Tedious TDS, GST and Income Tax
This covers basics of TDS, GST and Income Tax, calculations, how to pay tax, return filing, reconciliations etc.

Stage III Master in Reconciliations & Become a Key Accountant
This includes passing entries in Tally Prime, using excel templates for entering data in Tally, reconciliations, understanding Trial Balance, Preparation of balance sheet and Profit and Loss account etc.

Stage IV
On successful completion of this 3 months course, you will get an opportunity to work with a chartered accountant to gain more practical knowledge for a minimum period of 9 months. Practical training will start only after successful completion of 3 months coaching with 100% attendance and minimum 75% marks in the exams conducted at the end of each stage. This can be on a part time basis so that the candidate will not find any hindrance in pursuing their current bachelor's degree.

HOW MUCH FOR TETA?

The fee for TETA can be paid in lump sum in advance or in installments. Concession in fee will be provided to eligible candidates.

If the candidate could not attain the attendance and marks as mentioned above, they will be given additional 2 chances free of cost.

WHY TETA?
